Read this before quoting the result. Public figures are mostly self-reported success stories, so they skew high; a lower percentile against vendor stories is normal. Definitions differ (licensed users vs all staff, pilot vs firm-wide, time window often unstated). Comparison pools are small, so treat percentiles as directional. Where too few same-metric points exist, we widen the pool and say so. See methodology.
